His research interests: neurological complications after allogeneic HSCT and use of immune checkpoint inhibitors for malignant hematological diseases; long-term consequences of autologous transplantation in autoimmune diseases; AHSCT in multiple sclerosis, the problem of relapse after AHSCT.

The report summarizes the experience of AHSCT in multiple sclerosis in Raisa Gorbacheva Memorial Research Institute (Pavlov First Saint-Petersburg State Medical University) since 2000. The comparison of the effectiveness of the applied methods of high-dose immunosuppressive therapy followed by AHSCT is presented. An example of interaction of neurological and hematological services of the University for multiple sclerosis patients undergoing AHSCT is presented, as well as the management of patients after AHSCT.
